Eric Baissus has been the CEO of Kalray since 2014, transitioning the French-tech company from a start-up to a scale-up, and steering it toward a bright future as a key player in the industry of intelligent systems. In June 2018, he las led the IPO on Euronext Paris.
Prior to his time at Kalray, Eric has spent 8 years at Texas Instruments leading the development of various chip designs and reference solutions. In 2002, Eric founded and led Open-Plug as CEO and CTO, until it was acquired by Alcatel-Lucent in 2010. OpenPlug was a pioneer and a leader in software frameworks for mobile phones. Its devices shipped in the millions and its customer portfolio included Fortune-100 customers such as Sony-Ericsson and Intel. After the acquisition by Alcatel-Lucent, Eric Baissus became VP R&D and VP Innovation of Alcatel-Lucent Application Enablement, located in Palo Alto, CA, USA.

As the former CFO of Volubill, a Grenoble based telecom company, she took the company from a start-up with seven employees to an international corporation of over 170 with offices around the globe, as well as managing technology and licensing contracts and raising €25M in fundraising. Anne also worked as the Finance Director at EHPT EMEA, a venture between HP and Ericsson, and 6 years with the Benetton Group, launching the brand in France. Anne received her Masters in Business Administration from the Essec Business School in Paris, specializing in Finance and Law.
Benoît Dupont de Dinechin

Benoît is the Kalray VLIW core main architect, and co-architect of the Kalray Multi-Purpose Processing Array (MPPA). He is also a direct contributor to several components of the AccessCore software development environment.
Before joining Kalray, Benoît was in charge of Research and Development for the STMicroelectronics Software, Tools, Services division. He was promoted to STMicroelectronics Fellow in 2008. Prior to STMicroelectronics, Benoît worked at the Cray Research park (Minnesota, USA), where he developed the software pipeliner of the Cray T3E production compilers.
Benoît earned an engineering degree in Radar and Telecommunications from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de l’Aéronautique et de l’Espace (Toulouse, France), and a doctoral degree in computer systems from the University Pierre et Marie Curie (Paris) under the direction of Prof. P. Feautrier. He completed his post-doctoral studies at the McGill university (Montreal, Canada) at the ACAPS laboratory led by Prof. G. R. Gao.
Benoît has published over 50 conference papers, journal articles and book chapters, and holds 10 hardware patents.

Stéphane is a successful executive with a combined 20 years of experience in business (Sales, Marketing, business development and business unit management) in the semiconductor industry around wireless, video and embedded applications. Prior to his current position, Stéphane has held various business and management roles at STMicroelectronics and ST-Ericsson, where he worked in business development with major OEMs and platform-makers for mobile applications and the multimedia industry.

Loïc Hamon serves as Kalray’s vice president of Data Center Business Unit & Corporate Development. In this Corporate Development role, Loïc also coordinates the company’s corporate communication.
Before his time at Kalray, Loïc spent 10 years at Inside Secure. The last position he occupied was executive vice president of corporate development and communication. Prior to that, he was the vice president of Inside Secure’s NFC business unit. Loïc also served as director of strategic marketing for the wireless business unit of Texas Instruments after holding several strategic and operational marketing positions within TI.
Loïc has earned a Master’s Degree in Marketing Intelligence at the HEC School of Management in Paris. He has also been awarded a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from ESIGELEC in Rouen and a postgraduate degree in Microelectronics from Paris XI University.

Gilles Delfassy is presently the President of the Supervisory Board of Kalray, SA, Chairman of the Board of Movea SA, and Director at both Imagination Technologies Ltd (IMG), and Sequans Communications Inc (SQNS). He is also President of GC Delfassy Consulting, where he advises high-tech companies on their strategy and operations. Mr. Delfassy began his career in 1978 at Texas Instruments (TI). In 1994, he moved to TI’s corporate headquarters in Dallas, Texas, to create and lead the company’s wireless terminals business unit, eventually growing it into a five-billion dollar operation. Under Mr. Delfassy’s leadership, TI became the world’s number-one supplier of semiconductors for the wireless industry. He was senior vice president and executive officer of Texas Instruments when he retired in 2007. Since that time, Mr. Delfassy has served as an advisor for many companies in the high-tech industry. He has held Advisory Board positions at Venture Capital firms 3i and Pitango, and served on the Board of Directors at several companies in the US and in Europe. From September of 2009 to December 2011, he assumed the position of president and chief executive officer at ST-Ericsson, a joint venture of ST Microelectronics and Ericsson. Mr. Delfassy received an Engineering Diploma (Master of Science in Electrical Engineering) at Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Electronique et d’ Automatique de Toulouse in 1977. He then graduated in Business Administration from Institut d’Administration des Entreprises de Paris in 1978. He has completed specialized courses on corporate governance for members of boards of directors at Stanford University and the University of Chicago.

Eric Bantegnie founded Esterel Technologies in the fall of 1999 and has since then been its President & CEO. Esterel Technology is the worldwide leading provider for mission and safety-critical embedded software and systems application development tools. Mr. Bantegnie was previously President and CEO of Simulog, a high-tech software and services company of 180 people specialized in the high-tech industries (telecoms, aerospace, defense and automotive) for simulation, and product data management, from 1998 to 2000, and also created the Simulog Technologies (now DISTENE) start-up, specialized in meshing technologies. Between 1996 and 1998, as Director General, he created and directed DYADE, a Research and Development joint venture, formed between the Bull group and INRIA (the French National Research Institute in Computer Science). DYADE originated the creation of 5 start up companies in the field of Web technologies and IT security, that are all in business today, including companies such as KELKOO and Trusted Logic (now part of GEMALTO). Between 1992 and 1996, Mr. Bantegnie was Deputy Director at the French Ministry of Industry and Telecommunications, responsible for R&D policy in the field of IT security, computer science and telecommunications. The University of New Hampshire InterOperability Laboratory (UNH-IOL) tests networking and data communications products. Since 1988, the laboratory has fostered multi-vendor interoperability while preparing students for careers in the industry. The laboratory has grown steadily into one of the industry’s premier independent proving grounds for new technologies.
